woo hoo!! think they figured out the GLCs will suffer like hell under these thin caps rules anyway – unless….special exemption orders are introduced.
TD: Or the GLCs have gone to their boss and raised hell for the silly introduction. But then, let’s not jump the gun. Its still only a rumour.
